These terms apply to use of dnwide.com and inquiries made to Doc N.I.L Worldwide, also presented as DNwide.
Website use
Use this website for lawful agency, application and casting purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the service, attempt to access private records or misuse another person’s photographs or profile. Automated extraction or republication of profiles for a separate commercial database requires permission.
Applications and representation
The application is for adults aged 18 and older. You must supply accurate information and have permission to submit your images and other materials. Applying, receiving a response or appearing on the roster does not by itself create an employment relationship, representation contract, exclusive arrangement or promise of work. Any representation relationship must be agreed separately in writing.
Submitted materials
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. You permit the agency to store and review it for your inquiry or application. When you authorize profile publication, you also permit display of the approved public profile information and media on the roster and in casting packages. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant a client unrestricted advertising rights. Contact us to request correction, withdrawal or removal; our Privacy policy explains data handling.
Bookings and fees
A casting request, shortlist, estimated rate or discussion is not a confirmed booking. The agency, client and relevant talent must confirm the agreed services, dates, fees, payment schedule, expenses, usage and cancellation arrangements in writing before work begins. No standard rate, commission, deposit, cancellation charge or usage buyout is created by this website alone. The specific signed agreement controls those matters.
Images, likeness and usage rights
Viewing a profile does not grant a license to use a person’s name, likeness, photographs or videos. Any commercial usage must be specifically authorized, including the media, territory, duration, exclusivity and permitted alterations. AI training, synthetic likenesses, voice cloning and digital replicas require separate express written permission from the relevant rights holders. All rights not granted remain with their owners.
Professional conduct and safety
Clients must disclose the nature of the work, location, intended usage and material risks before confirmation. Talent must be treated respectfully, with safe working conditions and appropriate breaks and privacy. Harassment, coercion, dangerous undisclosed activities and unauthorized intimate content are unacceptable. Changes to scope or content require fresh agreement; a booking does not imply consent to additional activities.
Availability and external services
Profiles, availability and site content may change. We do not promise continuous website availability or that every listing will be current at every moment. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms. Nothing here guarantees bookings, earnings or business results.
Rights, disputes and changes
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or disputes should first be raised through our contact page so that we can try to resolve them. Governing law, dispute procedures and any limitations for a commercial engagement should be set out in the applicable written agreement. We may update these website terms, with the revision date shown here; changes do not retroactively amend a signed agreement.
