DNWIDE / CLIENT WEB BRAND REFERENCES
Version 1.0 | 24 October 2026
Guide: https://dnwide.com/brand-guide

BRAND RELATIONSHIP
DNwide is the public talent agency identity. DOC N.I.L. is the parent brand.
Use DNwide for talent, casting, representation and creator partnerships.
Use the parent DOC N.I.L. signature for agreed parent-brand attribution.
Write DNwide with this capitalization. Write DOC N.I.L. with its punctuation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
- DNwide dark and reversed web wordmark SVG references.
- DOC N.I.L. reversed web signature and existing dotted symbol SVG reference.
- Live website CSS and JSON color / font tokens.

ARTWORK STATUS
These are source-derived WEB REFERENCES of existing website text and symbols.
They are not original outlined logo master artwork. Live text in the SVG files
uses system fonts; appearance and spacing may vary by operating system.
The DNwide references preserve the current header's system-ui type, weight 650
and -0.065em tracking. The parent signature preserves the existing header's
Helvetica Neue / Arial styling, three blocks and accent dot. The dotted symbol
preserves the existing fallback's three-block geometry and rotation.
Request outlined production artwork through the agency before final print,
signage, embroidery, merchandise or any high-stakes fixed-geometry use.
The dotted parent symbol is decorative artwork; it is not a DNwide logo.

APPLICATION
Use dark DNwide on a light, clear background; use the reversed reference on a
dark field. Preserve proportions, punctuation and spacing. Keep surrounding
content visibly separate. Do not stretch, outline, add shadows, crop letters,
recolor arbitrarily or place the mark over a busy face or body. Pair the parent
signature with DNwide only where the project calls for parent attribution.

COLOR CONTEXT
brand-tokens.css / brand-tokens.json record the current website's cool light
surfaces, dark ink and #f26800 signal orange. Parent artwork uses its existing
#fa6037 orange and separate dark/ivory surfaces. Do not globally substitute one
palette for the other. Orange is a restrained signal, not a long-body-copy color.
RGB/HEX values are for screens. A printer must proof CMYK or spot-color output
for the chosen stock and process; this package does not specify Pantone matches.

TYPOGRAPHY AND LICENSES
Current public website headings and body copy use the operating-system sans
stack; metadata uses the operating-system monospace stack. Helvetica Neue /
Arial are used by the parent signature. System and proprietary fonts are not
redistributed here. Obtain any required desktop, web, app or embedding licenses
from the font rights holder. Barlow Condensed is present in the site for display
contexts, but is not the current public heading default and its font binary is
not included in this package. Obtain the font and license from its distributor
before use. Do not recreate or retype production logo masters from a font name.

DELIVERY AND APPROVAL
Send the agency a proof showing placement, background, dimensions, media,
territory and intended use. Request project-specific approval through
https://dnwide.com/contact?company=dnwide#inquiry.
These downloads support an agreed brand collaboration. They do not grant rights
to talent photographs, third-party marks, likenesses or unrelated endorsements.
